If all goes as planned, we’ll also demonstrate a new video conferencing and recording option that is available to anyone, live with a Mac luminary from the West. Want to know who? You’ll have to join us to find out.

March 11 Meeting: Safari 4 First Look and an Introduction to Final Cut Express

Final Cut Express
Even after Dave Marra’s demo of iMovie ‘09 last month, you may still be looking for something more powerful. The next step up the ladder is Apple’s Final Cut Express…but that’s so difficult, right? Chuck Joiner has been using Final Cut Express to author his video podcast, and will demystify some of the basic concepts to get you up and running painlessly. Hint: if you liked iMovie HD, you’ll love FCE.

Don’t forget to skip dinner before the meeting, and then join us at Fuddruckers for our “meeting-after-the-meeting” session of food and further discussion.

Wether it is snowing or sunny, we’ll be at HAC. Hope to see you there.
